The Time 2 Train Lupe Program aims to build necessary skills, for people living with Autism, Asperger's Syndrome. A natural holistic intervention approach in therapy to young teens, build the transitional skills necessary to integrate successfully into the wider community improving cognition, social and functional outcomes in Autism.

The executive functions are a set of processes that all have to do with managing oneself and one's resources in order to achieve a goal. It is an umbrella term for the neurologically-based skills involving mental control and self-regulation. Individuals with Autism, Asperger's may have difficulty in management or sustained regulation in these particular areas.

The reluctance of typically developing individuals to engage in social interactions with their ASD peers further limits the opportunities for individuals with ASD to practice their fragile social skills. This can have a significant negative impact on the ability of socially aware and socially interested individuals with ASD to improve their social communication abilities and work toward more confidence in successful social integration.

This training cannot cure Autism, Aspergers Syndrome but can help to diminish traits to a more manageable level in conjunction with other healthy therapies & routines.
